Permanent Ramps

Designed for low-level transitions, our permanent ramps are typically made of concrete. They are ideal for areas where the ramp height is equivalent to one step, ensuring a safe and sturdy access pathway.

Precise measurements are taken so that a firm bed can be made for the concrete to lie in and grip to the foundation.

A temporary timber structure is built to house the concrete bed while it sets. This needs to be firm enough to contain the concrete and allow it to be shaped for the specific requirements. Preparation of the soil and other ground surfaces is also made to allow the concrete to support the structure for an extended life span.

Concrete is poured and shaped into the foundations with the help of tools and equipment, and then it is allowed to set.
